Mr. Ariel L. Abel a High School faculty of the Lipa City Colleges was among the few awardees in the 2012 Calabarzon Search for Treasure Achievers of the Region (C-STAR) for being a national champion coach in Editorial Cartooning during the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) 2011 in an awarding ceremony held at San Jose National High School in Antipolo City last May 3, 2012.

The College of Criminology, headed by Mr. Alexander C. Muria, once again made LCC proud when it registered a 100% passing rate for its 39 first takers in the March 2012 Licensure Exams for Criminologists. In the National Level, it ranked as the TOP 2 Criminology School in the Philippines with an over-all passing percentage of 87%. This latest feat continues the college’s winning streak, as for the past 6 years, it has always been consistently ranked among the undisputed performing schools at the national level based on its board exam performance.

Planning means looking ahead and checking out for the future, It is a preparatory step and a systematic activity which determines when, how and who is going to perform a specific job. Planning is a detailed programme regarding future courses of action. It is rightly said “Well plan is half done”. Therefore planning takes into consideration available & prospective human and physical resources of the organization so as to get effective co-ordination, contribution & perfect adjustment. It is the basic management function which includes formulation of one or more detailed plans to achieve optimum balance of needs or demands with the available resources.
