FINANCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The Financial Services Department (FSD) is headed by the Vice President for Finance and Internal Affairs who reports directly to the President.

The FSD has its primary responsibility of ensuring the safety and proper disposition of the school funds. It shall identify sources of funds and shall ensure that funds are available for the various needs of the school. It shall ensure that all funds are properly accounted for by submitting timley and reliable financial reports to the Board of Trustees.

This department shall also assist the management in identifying the manpower and property needs of the school. It shall oversee the preparation of the institutional development plan and budget and shall take charge of all financial aspects of the plan in close coordiantion and consultation with other units. It shall develop and recommend operating policies relative to financial activities to determine and ensure compliance with established policies and government regulations.
