In celebration of the 4th National Dental Health Month, the Lipa Dental Society (LDS) held a Free Dental Check-up at the LCC Quadrangle on February 7, 2008. Mounted through the help of the Philippine Dental Association and Colgate and with the theme “Let’s Work Together Towards Zero-Cavity,” the check-up consisted of both oral prophylaxis and extraction facilitated by the members of LDS. Members of the institution as well as outsiders benefited from the said outreach that started at 8 am and wrapped up around 3 pm.
