Men and women of LCC gathered together to celebrate vibrancy and exuberance.

Bowling and Billiards Tournament was hosted to develop camaraderie and sportsmanship among employees. This was held in Fiesta World Bowling Center last September 8, 2009, with a 100% participation of employees.

The program began with a parade of teams, followed by an invocation led by Mr. Robin Ross Plata, High School Teacher. Afterwards, Mr. Joe Vincent J. Abiera, Vice President for Administration and Corporate Affairs gave his opening remarks.

Mr. Carlos Mojares, President awarded the prizes.

From the team of 16, only 8 Bowling teams made it to the finals and 3 teams made it as the highest scorers.

Top 3 scorers were the following:

• 3rd Placer – Mr. Joven Aquino’s Team (385 points)
• 2nd Placer – Mr. Nilo Burgos’ Team ( 420 points)
• 1st Placer – Dr. Lolita Amargo’s Team (444 points)

Meanwhile, eight teams competed until the elimination and only three teams made it to the finals.

Results for Singles Division were the following:

• 3rd Placer – Ms. Rowena Revillosa (CELA)
• 2nd Placer – Ms. Jenny Reyes (HRD)
• 1st Placer – Ms. April Mendoza (CELA)

Results for Doubles Division were the following:

• 3rd Placer – Mr. Jun Roallos & Mr. Joel Bustamante
• 2nd Placer – Mr. Lito Titular & Mr. Zarrex Marcial
• 1st Placer – Mr. Joe Vincent Abiera & Mr. Oliver Reyes

Aside from these, Special Award for first five “Early Birds” was given to the following:

• Mr. Ruel Morcilla (CBEA)
• Mr. Lito Titular (CBEA)
• Ms. Ma. Fidela Katigbak (Health Services)
• Ms. Crispina Linang (Nursing)
• Ms. Lavinia Malabuyoc (Nursing)
