College of Business Education and Accountancy (CBEA)
It offers Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management, Marketing Management and Financial Management.
These courses are geared towards the adequate preparation of the students to meet the growing demands of business and industry and the government service for skilled and well-trained manpower. It aims to:
- provide the students a common foundation of knowledge and understanding concerning modern business through a core program consisting of a general education and professional business education;
- prepare them for the realities of the business world by exposing them to actual situations and practical experiences;
- train them to acquire the skills and technical training in order to make them highly competitive for immediate employment or ready to engage in business as entrepreneurs or self-employed individuals;
- enable them to acquire and develop the necessary skills and proficiency to be successful certified public accountants.
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Accountancy program aims to produce professional accountants with leadership, competence and commitment that will play an important role in all societies.
Program Objectives:
- Develop competent professional accountants capable of making a positive contribution over their lifetimes to the profession and society in which they work.
- Provide a foundation of professional knowledge, professional skills, and professional values, ethics and attitudes that enable them to continue to learn and adapt to change throughout their professional lives.
- Prepare students for the CPA licensure examinations and for employment private establishments and public sector.
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Major in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM)
The Human Resource Development Program aims to prepare the graduates for a career in the field of Human Resource Management in various corporations whether in the manufacturing, marketing and service sectors, or in the different types of industries such as pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, food and beverage, banking industries and other types of organizations.
Program Objectives:
- Provide complete understanding of the concepts, principles, theories and philosophies in Human Resource.
- Assist students seek employment and facilitate the integration process in the corporate environment so they can be immediately productive once employed.
- Assist the students in appreciating the HR role in the organization and how they can make meaningful contributions as a strategic partner in building the organization to become globally competitive.
- Prepare students to pursue a teaching career or graduate studies in business.

Major in Marketing Management
The Marketing Management program prepares the students to be responsive to the total environment by providing technical skills and competencies in the areas of marketing. Theory is blended with practicum activities to give the students a broad and enriched base for career in marketing.
Program Objectives:
- Help students to seek employment and entry level jobs or positions of responsibility as marketing manager, marketing executive or marketing director.
- Guide the students in organizing or managing entrepreneurial activities if they decide to be self-employed.
- Equip students with knowledge of the principles and concepts of marketing.
