Furthering its mission and vision to become a community partner by rendering quality education, LCC hired the services of Mr. Ronald J. De Guzman as the newest member of the LCC community. He was named by the administration as the first Human Resource Department Director.

Mr. De Guzman got his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from De La Salle University. He has been in the practice of Human Resource Management across different industries. He became a part of the Human Resource Department of transport, telecoms and petroleum companies.

With full cooperation, the whole LCC community hopes to work with Sir RED for the betterment of the teaching and non-teaching staff to be able to provide quality service to its clientele.
