Bracing for AY 2008-2009, LCC's Main Building underwent some major renovations that included the restructuring of the facade, improvement of the lobby's flooring, purchasing of new equipment for and upgrading of the Criminology Laboratories, and enhancement of the Hospitality Management (HM) facilities.

The above-mentioned development in infrastructure and facilities is one of the thrusts of the institution as it further asserts itself as a provider of quality programs and services in the region.
