In preparation for this academic year, the LCC Community convened during a General Assembly held on June 5 at the AVR of the Annex Building. Vice Presidents Joe Vincent J. Abiera (Administration and Corporate Affairs) and Marjorie M. Abiera (Finance and Internal Affairs) welcomed the faculty and staff and reiterated the need for a concerted effort to put the school into greater heights. Members of the Academic Council presented important points on Accreditation, Professionalism, as well as the scheduled activities for the entire school year.

To better ensure quality instruction and valid student performance evaluation, newly-hired faculty members and the rest of the mentors attended a Seminar on Test Construction facilitated by Mr. Lino P. Balantac of the College of Education.
